Thank you for ordering from us. We take great care in preparing, packing, and shipping our cookies and brownies so they arrive fresh and in the best possible condition.
As our products are freshly baked food items, our return and refund policy is slightly different from standard retail products
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched or delivered.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, cookies, brownies, and other edible products cannot be returned, resold, or exchanged after they have left our kitchen.
This does not affect your statutory rights if your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
2. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been baked, packed, or dispatched.
Once your order has been prepared or shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund it, as our products are made fresh and cannot be resold.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A clear photo of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
4. Delivery Issues
We ship orders across Ireland using third-party delivery services.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by the courier, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other delays outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address, Eircode, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.
5. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, the address is incorrect, or the parcel is not collected from the courier within the required timeframe, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the products and may be unable to offer a refund.
6. Allergens
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to:
gluten, wheat, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, peanuts, and sulphites.
While care is taken, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before placing an order. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
7. Change of Mind
Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
Irish/EU online shopping rules normally provide a 14-day cooling-off period, but there are exceptions for perishable goods, personalised items, and goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
